Actually, that’s not true. I don’t use marijuana because I don’t like being high and I don’t like breaking the law. Instead, I use CBD oil and it works brilliantly for me.
However, what you might not know is that it is very easy to grow your own marijuana and buying seeds to do so is completely legal.
What You Need To Know
Buying seeds is legal nearly everywhere in the world. It’s certainly legal in Canada and the United States. Theoretically, you could use these seeds to make extracts for medical purposes, but in reality – the seeds have such low traces of psychoactive chemicals that you’d need to spend far more on seeds than you’d spend just buying CBD oil to make anything useful.
So, don’t buy seeds if you intend to turn them into your own oil. That’s a bad idea.
Growing marijuana from the seeds is illegal nearly everywhere except Canada (from the legalization date) and The Netherlands. That means if you decide to purchase seeds for the purposes of growing marijuana, buying the seeds is fine but planting them in your garden is not.
This is the ridiculous state of the law today.
I don’t encourage people to break the law. It would make me a hypocrite when I don’t do it myself. However, I do feel that current marijuana laws are ridiculous and that the recent legalization of marijuana in Canada is going to set a trend for civilized nations everywhere.
I won’t blame you if you decide that your pain is severe and that you cannot afford CBD or don’t find that it works for you, so you will grow your own marijuana.
In that case, all I can do is point you towards a reputable source for seeds. That’s I Love Growing Marijuana.
